Regenerative Medicine (RM) uses an evidence-based patient-centered approach to healthcare that combines conventional and complementary therapies to treat the whole person's innate ability to heal — your mind, body and spirit. Nutrition Intervention counseling is customized to meet the unique needs of the client. The nutrition counseling is driven by the nutrition assessment and diagnosis steps, and it is used to resolve a problem by altering or eliminating the root cause of the nutrition diagnosis, also known as the etiology. Our goal in to improve biomarker proiles for a balanced weight and for longevity.
Culinary Wellness is a holistic approach to food that considers the impact of food on a person's overall well-being. It goes beyond traditional nutrition and healthy eating, and incorporates elements of culture, creativity, and mindfulness.
Functional fitness refers to a type of exercise training that focuses on improving an individual's ability to perform everyday activities and movements effectively and safely. It involves exercises that mimic or enhance movements used in daily life, sports, or specific occupational tasks.
Adaptive fitness refers to a specialized approach in fitness instruction where exercise routines are tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of individuals with disabilities or limitations, focusing on modifying movements to ensure safe and effective exercise, often utilizing assistive devices and customized progressions to maximize their physical potential, promoting inclusivity in fitness practices.
Gait speed walking is a term used to describe the speed at which someone walks. “Gait speed" in medical terms refers to the time it takes to walk a specific short distance on a level surface, essentially measuring how quickly a person can move their feet while walking, and is often used as an indicator of overall mobility and health.
A faster walking pace indicates better cardiovascular health and function. A study from the Journal of the American Medical Association found that older adults with a slower walking speed had a higher risk of cardiovascular disease.

Microcirculation is the flow of blood through the body's smallest blood vessels, called microvessels, which are embedded in tissues and organs. Microvessels include arterioles, venules, capillaries, and post-capillary venules. The primary function of the microcirculation is to supply oxygen and nutrients to myocardial tissue, and it also has an important role in regulating coronary blood flow. Some 70-90% of the overall peripheral resistance of the circulatory system arises at the level of the microcirculation.
