A board-certified health and wellness coach has passed the National Board Certification Exam for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), administered by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). Mind-Body Balance is a state of harmony between mental and physical health, where the mind influences the body. Key techniques for achieving this include meditation & mindfulness (focusing and being present), breathwork, and sound/frequency healing.
Microcirculation is the flow of blood through the body's smallest vessels (microvessels) within tissues and organs, including arterioles, venules, and capillaries. Its primary role is to deliver oxygen and nutrients and regulate blood flow. A significant portion (70-90%) of peripheral circulatory resistance occurs at this level.
