Our personalized, evidence-based training programs—including our Adventure Walk Workouts—are designed to improve strength, balance, endurance, and overall health through natural, functional movement. Inspired by how humans evolved to move, we incorporate gait-speed walking, whole-body strength, coordination drills, and dynamic mobility to enhance cardiovascular fitness, spine health, and resilience.

Sessions take place in beautiful outdoor settings throughout Coronado and San Diego, creating an enjoyable and motivating experience. Combined with our nutrition and culinary wellness programs, this integrated approach supports sustainable weight loss, improved metabolic health, and lasting vitality—helping you become stronger, healthier, and more energized at every stage of life.

Our Process

Wellness Academy USA’s methodology is grounded in research from anthropology, bioarchaeology, Blue Zone populations, hunter-gatherer societies, and clinical nutrition models including the Mediterranean (MedDiet), Adventist Health Studies (AHS 1–2), and DASH dietary patterns.

We leverage beautiful outdoor environments—urban waterfront parks, soft sandy beaches, scenic walkways, and natural play spaces—to help shape, strengthen, and sustain lifestyle changes within the body. All health program services are also available remotely and in-home for convenience and flexibility.
