Gait-speed walking is a term used to describe the speed at which someone walks. “Gait speed" in medical terms refers to the time it takes to walk a specific short distance on a level surface, essentially measuring how quickly a person can move their feet while walking, and is often used as an indicator of overall mobility and health.

Finding harmony between mental and physical health is the key to attaining mind-body balance. One of the most powerful tools for restoring our mind-body balance is meditation & mindfulness, where you focus or clearing your mind and becoming more present. Some other effective strategies to achieve this balance include breathwork and sound or frequency healing.
Microcirculation is the flow of blood through the body's smallest blood vessels, called microvessels, which are embedded in tissues and organs. Microvessels include arterioles, venules, capillaries, and post-capillary venules. The primary function of the microcirculation is to supply oxygen and nutrients to myocardial tissue, and it also has an important role in regulating coronary blood flow. Some 70-90% of the overall peripheral resistance of the circulatory system arises at the level of the microcirculation.
