Our personal training program leverages beautiful outdoors water and city view walking paths, ocean front soft sand beaches, on Coronado Island and throughout San Diego, California to train our clients and to safely reduce and eliminate prescription drug medication. Regular activities builds strength, stamina, flexibility, boosting microcirculation and oxygen flow, reducing inflammation, and sharpening cognition.
Nutrition & culinary wellness compliments our personal training program by addressing the biological impact that food has on energy, and mental health.
