We take a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to our personal training program that collaborates with our clients medical doctors to measure improved health and strength outcomes. Our methods are rooted in the science of our ancestors lifestyle - their daily long-distance movements, and diverse intake of chemical free whole foods fueled their healing, physical strength, digestion, heart, and spine health, and even cognitive function.

Our programs focus on functional & adaptive physical activities that humans evolved with to improve balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, musculoskeletal strength and spine health with simple activities such as walking distance with gait-speed, holding, hanging and pulling with your own body weight, and pushing, holding and gripping with ones body weight.

We throw and catch balls to enhance cross-brain connections and to stretch the body to increase dynamic flexibility, range of motion, and we move with pace to enhance cardiorespiratory conditioning while building musculoskeletal strength.

Our personal training program leverages beautiful outdoors soft sandy beaches and city view waterfront parks on Coronado Island and throughout San Diego, California. Our personal training program helps our clients to safely reduce and eliminate prescription drug medications in collaboration with our clients primary care physician and or our group of our medical doctors that oversee our health programs. Regular physical activities build strength, stamina, flexibility, improve the spines condition, and boosting microcirculation and oxygen flow reduces inflammation, and sharpening cognition.

Our nutrition intervention and culinary wellness program compliments our personal training program by addressing the biological impact that foods have on brain, heart, microbiome and spine health. Tackling issues like weight gain, arthritis, hypertension, heart disease, obesity and spine health, and the impact multiple prescription drugs have on long term health, allows us with medical oversight to safley rebuild the body to "A Younger, Healthier, and Stronger You!"

Our Process

Wellness Academy USA’s methodology is grounded in research from anthropological, paleontology, bioarchaeology, Blue Zones, hunter-gatherer-forager populations and clinical studies, Mediterranean Diet (MedDIET), The Adventist Health Study (AHS 1-2) and The DASH Diet, (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension). We use gorgeous urban city view parks, soft sand beaches, water view walkways, and children's playgrounds to help shape, strengthen, and develop sustainable lifestyle changes in the human body.

Impact on Blood Chemistry: Our personal training program helps to regulates critical components in your biomarker profile including electrolytes, glucose, proteins, and lipids. This balance improves overall blood chemistries, and supporting a return to balanced biomarkers.

Personalized Support:

Our lifestyle management system allows for our clients to login and track personalized biometric and daily nutrition micro I macronutrient data through our App. This includes the ability to monitor and store steps, weight/BMI, Vo2 max, blood pressure, blood sugar, and sleep data through wearable smart watches.

Microcirculation Boost: Improving circulation and microcirculation to enhance nutrient and oxygen delivery throughout the body. This speeds up detoxification, improving brain and heart health on a cellular level.
