At Wellness Academy USA, we take a unique approach to our Personal Training Program by combined functional & adaptive physical activities that humans evolved with to increase flexibility, range of motion, cardiorespiratory conditioning, and musculoskeletal strength.

Our Personal Training Program takes a two-pronged approach, combining movement and whole food nutrition for lasting transformation. Regular activity builds strength, stamina, and flexibility, boosting microcirculation and oxygen flow, reducing inflammation, and sharpening cognition. Nutrition compliments this by addressing the cultural and biological impact of food, tackling issues like metabolic diseases caused by malnutrition or inactivity.


We leverage beautiful outdoor walking paths, parks, farmers markets and scenic beaches throughout San Diego and Coronado Island to train our clients and to reset mindset.

Build cardiorespiratory conditioning and endurance with activities like gate-speed walking, jogging, sprinting, swimming, and cycling.

Use outdoor full-body functional & adaptive strength training exercises to improve balance, flexibility, to strengthen muscles and joints, and increase range of motion for extended physical activity.

Reduce systemic inflammation by increasing whole-body microcirculation for improving overall health, vitality, and longevity.


Enhanced microcirculation delivers essential nutrients and oxygen more effectively to tissues, accelerating recovery and cellular repair. This process not only boosts energy levels, but also strengthens the immune system to promote long-term resilience.

Our Process

Wellness Academy USA’s Methodology is grounded in research from anthropological studies, Blue Zones, the Mediterranean Diet (MedDIET), and clinical studies like the Adventist Health Study (AHS 1-2). We use beautiful, urban parks, beaches, walkways, and children's playgrounds to help shape, strengthen, and develop sustainable lifestyle changes in the human body.

Impact on Blood Chemistry: Our personal training program regulates critical components in your blood, such as electrolytes, glucose, proteins, and lipids. This balance improves overall blood chemistry, supporting optimal bodily functions.

Personalized Support:

Whether in-person, remotely, or through our luxury wellness retreats, we work with you to reduce medication dependence, improve of overall wellness, and to prevent or reverse the disease process with medical doctor oversight.
